The “Feast of the Seven Fishes” popularity in America can be traced back to when Italian-American families rekindled the Old Country's Christmas Eve tradition by preparing a seven-course seafood meal that made them feel close to their homes, while celebrating the sea, a major connection in Italy. Today, it's considered one of the oldest Italian-American holiday traditions.

Chef Rico will be preparing many of the dishes that make this special dinner a perennial favorite but will also be adding a few new twists to keep it interesting and fresh. Our traditional December “Feast of the Seven Fishes” banquet will be held on just one night this year: Wednesday, December 18.
